I go to GoodLife in the Brewery District and I worked with Curtis who is a personal trainer. He was amazing. He was extremely professional and respectful. He is also adaptive and able to work around my schedule and workout goals to optimize my training. He is also very educated and has a great knowledge of anatomy and Kinesiology, which makes him an excellent trainer regardless of your goals.
Came here for the lab nothing special.
