What a great meal, and experience. This Tapas restaurant was such a fun evening for me and my guests. We opted for the Chef's choice tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. Our server offered excellent descriptions and stories with each serving, and the sommelier gave us an excellent pairing for the meal. If you enjoy tapas and you are in Las Vegas you need to try EDO Gastro Tapas. We will definitely make this a regular stop when in Las Vegas. The tables were large and never seem to get cluttered as we progressed through the Chef's Tasting Menu. The only issue was when the waiter said everything on the tasting menu was cooked. Food: Ordered the blue crab/squid dish - the squid was tough like a rubber Ordered the pulpo (octopus) - was tender but very salty. My hubby even told the waiter not to add any salt but was still salty. That was so disappointing as we didn’t enjoy it. Service was good but not great. Venue was small. No future plans to go back there to dine.
Amazing and unique meal! We did the tasting menu and every course was delicious and beautiful! There were so many things I have never seen/had in any restaurant...much less all of them in one place! Service was excellent! The space is a little tight and somewhat dingy on the outside, but it is a total find and well worth the car ride from the madness of The Strip. Bravo!
Food was so great we dined there twice in 1 week! We’ll definitely be back the next time in Vegas. Food and service is top notch. Don’t let the shopping center location fool you. It’s truly a hidden gem in China town off the Vegas Strip.
