This is the best hidden gem in Las Vegas! The food is spectacular, ambience is fun and the staff is tremendous. Chef Amador is so fantastic.

Amazing tapas, every dish we tried was better than the last. I highly recommend the tuna tartar and the oysters. They were so delicious!

EDO was absolutely amazing! My friend and I ordered the chef’s tasting menu, and were delighted with every dish we received. The service was very attentive, personable, friendly.
It was very good, the food was delicious, the wine was amazing.
Fantastic. Great food. Great service. Great, engaging owner. We’ll be back! We will even go to the owner’s other gig because he earned our respect right away.
