Great service and amazing food!
I was referred to Edo by several other local chefs - a strong endorsement in itself! Upon entering this cozy restaurant, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attentive service. I requested the "Chef's Choice" menu with wine pairings. Each dish was creatively presented and delicious. The wines were a perfect compliment to the cuisine. I highly recommend Edo and look forward to my next dinner there when I return to Las Vegas.
Edo is absolutely in the top 5 restaurants in Vegas. The flavors are unique, thoughtful and perfect. We have never had anything but a fabulous experience.

Chef Oscar, Roberto and the crew always provide the best food and service the city has to offer. This restaurant is a true gem.

You can never go wrong with EDO! From the moment we walk in the door was get top notch service! We are big water drinkers and I love the touch of leaving a craft of water on the wine coaster at the table. The Gin and Tonics are AMAZING! This restaurant is the real deal. Chef Oscar has created an amazing tasting menu. Each time I go, it seems the Chef has come up up with several new and creative pairings of both flavors and textures. After tasting each dish I would say, “that is my favorite!” Then the next dish came and I would say it again. I think the best part is the focus on using vegetables in creative new ways!
