My favorite place to stop when in Vegas. Hidden gem off the strip
Aloha, we’re back in LV and had to return to Edo GTW. Still my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and you know we eat at amazing places. Our 3rd tapas bar this trip including JA Bazzar Mar and ADB. Edo by far the best. We had the pre fixe and added on everything else. You’ve got to come here. See my pictures. Enjoy!

MUST TRY! We stumbled upon this restaurant via an online search and feel lucky to have had such a wonderful meal and experience. The food was inventive, flavorful and unique. The service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Our only regret was that we didn’t come hungrier since the fixed course menu looked amazing! This is a wonderful off strip restaurant you shouldn’t miss!
This is the best hidden gem in Las Vegas! The iberco ham, the duck ramen….everything on the tasting menu is the best way to go! We also enjoyed the gin cart - the gin and tonics were the best! We will absolutely go back!

Seriously - up there with the very best restaurants in Vegas. Tasting menu tonight was epic - every dish delicious. Intimate space and great service. Don’t miss the Jamon, the scallops or the Tarte Flambée!
Every part of our meal was excellent from appetizers to dessert. The atmosphere is very reminiscent of a restaurant in Paris. We will definitely be back whenever we come back to Las Vegas.
This is my second time dining at Edo. This time I was in town for business and brought clients. Everyone was so impressed! Very tasty food, intimate setting and great service.
