This is our place to go for Spanish tapas. Food is great and I love their gin and tonic drink. I would recommend making reservations
Flew to Vegas for a weekend trip to see Zion and to dine at EDO (again)! We had the “Chef’s Tasting” and it was absolutely exciting (even had some childhood memories coming back to me over the pork cheeks). The service was terrific too - professional yet warm-hearted. Will come back next year!

Excellent, excellent food. Everything was delicious, and the servers were attentive. Lovely, quiet atmosphere for a date night or special occasion. The patatas bravas are the best I’ve ever had. Try the Spanish wines, and don’t skip dessert. Will definitely be back; Edo rivals anything you can get on The Strip.
We loved the innovation and taste of the sample menu. Wonderful! The service was excellent and the chef made accommodations for one of the diner’s preferences. We highly recommend!
