Like always Ed was great!!!
Ed and his staff are so responsive and honest. Any issues that came up, and there were a few, they went above and beyond to make my refi happen. This is the 2nd experience i have had with Ed and his team. The first was the home purchase over a year ago. I was coming out of a divorce and still owned the marital home. Ed was amazing, responsive and went above and beyond to help me own a home again. I will refer him to anyone and everyone.
I was referred by friends to Ed. He did an amazing job and looked out what was best for me. He told me the up front truth, returned every email, call and text promptly. He was great to work with. I would use him again, I even recommended him to my family.
Communication throughout the process, really spelled it out for us
I like Ed as he is very prompt to respond to phone calls and emails and making everything goes smoothly.
Closing paperwork did not transmit to the title company in time. Our closing was delayed therefore our movers, Directv and Comcast had to wait on us.
Ed was fantastic in helping us to navigate a mortgage process that we were anticipating to be difficult based on our being self employed. He was direct and honest, let us know what we could do and where we would find limitations. He communicated so well and kept us in the loop every step of the process. We're hoping to stay in our house for a long time, but if we needed his services again, we'd definitely be calling. Thanks again Ed!
