Closing paperwork did not transmit to the title company in time. Our closing was delayed therefore our movers, Directv and Comcast had to wait on us.
Ed was fantastic in helping us to navigate a mortgage process that we were anticipating to be difficult based on our being self employed. He was direct and honest, let us know what we could do and where we would find limitations. He communicated so well and kept us in the loop every step of the process.
