We were told we could not qualify for a loan. Ed took our account over and was able to get us in our dream house. We appreciate all the hard work Ed did for us. He is amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions and was honest with us. We would recommend Ed to anyone trying to buy a home.

You don't want a review from us. Your playing around with the mortgage cost us a n extra 3,000 dollars storage and moving plus an extra 800 a week for a place to stay. Closing was changed 3 times for a total of 26 days. As far as I'm concerned you shouldn't even be in business

Great work, completed the closing paperwork in break speed. Due to the lack of communication from the previous lender disappearing without any communication or notice. Great job, would definitely recommend him for others
Ed doesn’t communicate, when I called the last couple days no answer. he was rude to me and very unprofessional to my client. Worked with many lenders and never have been talked to like I have with this gentleman and the things he said to my client not wanting to help when needed. Like for appraisal he ignored and declined to my client when report came back with incorrect information. Never answered my calls and went to disrespect me via email cc’d my client and other people in that email.
Problems and issues were not brought to my attention. Communication started off fine and received automatic style emails at the beginning. I needed to know about delays immediately and was not informed.
Power of attorney letter for me to sign the closing documents for my husband since he's always on the road as a trucker.
