I felt unduly stressed The biggest problem occurred on the Friday afternoon with the closing day the following Wednesday Ed informed me that he under estimated the amount that needed to be wired in 2 to 3 banking days by thousands of dollars I was in Florida and my banking institutions are located in New York to late for me to liquidate funds from my stock portfolio, fortunately I had sufficient funds in another account to cover the shortage,500 hundred words is not enough to finish my story.
We closed on time.
Not sure if it is due to the pandemic but the request for ridiculous paperwork that is readily available in the public space. The real kicker was when an underling attempted a three-way call with my bank and was upset when I did not want to verify my identity with her on the phone. She was audibly rude and condescending on the phone conversation when I refused the call and she made a comment to the effect of "why did you waste my time?" Her time, she called me!!!!
