Better communication. I was never told that I would incur a $741 rate lock fee which was completely out of my control.... I found the fee TWICE when I was signing papers. I paid $1,482 dollars for things I had NO control over. And to "make it right" you have me $250 back. Not good business my friends.

The communication we received was always great, but the number of errors on documents was frustrating. Everything was fixed, but it took longer and we had to really check everything.

1. Communication - Ed refused to contact me as the agent representing the buyer (our mutual client). Ed would only communicate to the Listing Agent and in fact told the listing agent that he did not like me even though we had not had communication. 2. Ed did not close on time. There was a series of delays that may have been unforeseen but Ed did not anticipate nor communicate those delays and set expectations. We were scheduled to close 2/27 and have not yet closed.
