I contacted the company because I’ve had a serious problem with heavy dust in my home for years, and I wanted to solve it. The owner, David Rivera, came with one other and did a detailed assessment of my home and my system, with full understanding of my main issue: dust. David and efficient home solutions have been very patient, informative, and helpful in the process of planning the work to be done at my house. So far I have found my experience with him and his company very pleasant and plan on using them for any needs I may have in the future.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience, 4.5 stars but I’ll round up. Jordan definitely delivered what was promised, and Olaya was really good helping me coordinate install times and such. Carlos, the furnace installer, was also very good and friendly, efficient as well. So we’re the insulation guys, but I didn’t catch their names.
I was having issues with an older unit and was already given false info from another company. Efficient Home Solutions came in, figured out the problems, installed the new unit/parts, and walked me thru installing the thermostat (I just wanted to see if I could do it myself - ha). Everyone I dealt with at this company was super helpful. Highly recommend. :)
