EHS is a convenient, safe option for students in New York over the summer. It is not particularly glamorous or spacious, but it has the necessities and a free gym!

EHS was great with their service and events offered through the summer, my only complaint was the condition of the rooms most of the are run down and could use some updates, but they're livable.

It's just like what you would expect out of college dorm life. Your space consists of a bunk bed and a small desk and chest set. Everything is pretty okay. I heard from other people their ceilings in the bathroom were leaking or their sink was leaking. I never had this problem but... the fog from showers. This was my second year with EHS and I’ve already signed up for my third. I loved in the Brooklyn building this time and absolutely loved it. The location was so fun and all of the. Holdings are so close to trains which make it so easy (and safe!) to get around.

The best part about living at EHS is that it made my commute to school incredibly short. I was a 15 minute subway ride away from my school in downtown Manhattan, and felt comfortable going and coming from school st any time of the day. It’s in a safe neighborhood, has access to a gym, and has a kitchen and laundry. I had difficulty with the kitchen being downstairs, so it was hard to cook often but the fridge provided was big enough for meal prep. It’s not a bad place to spend time while in school.

Stayed here this past summer while interning in New York. The common areas are spacious and clean, and very conducive to group hangouts. The kitchen and eating areas could comfortably accommodate the students who wanted to cook and eat there. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized for a dormitory.

Everyone was super helpful and always so nice! The building was in the perfect location for me and my friends! I would recommend this to anyone having an internship for a short time or living there for school!
