Order some juice and supplies over a month ago. Charge my CC right away. Never received it. 3 emails to the company...no response at all. Disputed the charge on CC. How do you define scam?
Scam refuse to ship product refuse to issue full refunds or talk to customers.
After ordering a SMOK RPM5 80W and some coils from them and then reading the reviews I can understand and agree with the discontent towards the company. Took 7 days to ship my order and I didn't get any tracking updates until it showed up at my front door. (Las Vegas-PA). Never received products. Had to make a claim through my bank. Scam company.
I placed many orders with them and the last couple had delivery delays so this time I chose the option to have it delivered to another location on their list of company's then I would pick it up. I ordered on 7/2/22 and the order shipped 7/18/22 to a Mart on the list that does not accept packages from this company. I called this Mart last week and emailed EightVape and told them to NOT ship to this Mart and they shipped the order on 7/18/22 so now this package will NOT be accepted by the Mart and will be returned. I made an order on June 24th with eightvape for $128.81. The money was pulled from my account immediately. I got express shipping at 25.00 for a 10 day turnaround. It's now July 18th and it appears it will not be delivered. I knew of all the complaints and was successful twice with getting product in a timely manner and knew it was only a matter of time. We ordered from this company May 17 2022. They immediately charged us and have still not sent the order. We have contacted them multiple times with no response. This is the worst company to deal with! They stole $63.00 from us! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Ripped off company they lost my order they said they shipped and refused to give me a full refund
I've ordered from this company a few times. They were much better before the law changes... now they are extremely slow. My order was placed on 6/18 and I was provided a route tracking number with a delivery company I've never heard of (RTK). I guess they have to use that company to get it properly shipped, now with adult age verification signature. If someone is not home, they will try to redeliver.
