THE ABSOLUTE WORST online vape store in ******* from the shipping to the holding of funds by 3rd party vendors to there warrantys to there customer service 3 weeks and counting theyve held my *********************************************************************** that its a 3rd party vendor issue not theres

This company is a sham..stole ***** from me. Ordered a vape box only when I hit submit it automatically added another item for ***** I tried to cancel right then but it would not let me. So I emailed the support line and was told they would remove the juice item and refund me my *****. I received my vape box but was never reimbursed. Have emailed multiple times with bs responses..NEVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Ordered 3 months ago and still haven't heard anything on my order no shipping date no nothing this company is a joke only thing that they say is it takes time to get everything it don't take 3 dam months s**** this company never ordering from them again

I would of given no stars but not a option. Not only did my order take 18 days you are charged for a adult signature and they left it on my front porch. Not sure why they have customer service because they didn't help at all. The tracking was never updated.The WORST!! I will NEVER buy from here again.

This company is the worst company to buy anything from. Received a product that died after 3 days and they have only a 48 hour return policy. Now they won't help me out and I am stuck with a dead product. I will never be buying anything else from this company ever again. Stay away from EightVape! They don't care about their customers or selling faulty products! Buy your products somewhere else with better customer service.

Zero response on a significant order. Zero tracking information that tells you anything. Don't answer emails except with a canned cut and paste response of appeasement. For a company that requires a signature on receipt it's impossible to know when to be home if the items ever ship. Many complaints in a ***************Eightvape Missing Orders. Will be contacting credit card company to report fraudulent practices.

Placed an order on July 25th, it is now September 6th! At 4 weeks, I contacted them and received generic responses, one of which blamed the shippers. After a FEW messages, they created a shipping label and gave me a tracking number. At 5 weeks (and another message), the package supposedly left the building. Only problems, to include fraudulent product. Only tried eightvape tis one time. Never ever again. Ordering is awful. Pop *** and ***ells keep you from using the site well. I should have close it right then and there. But I ordered a product I am wholly familiar with, as I use it on a daily basis. Their tracking was broken. Showed it hadn't shipped but it arrived at my house. No signature was ever asked for. It just was at my door. Couldn't see any progress or updates on the trash site during any point of the order. I have been ordering from this company for quite sometime now and the last two orders have been awful. This last order, 15 bottles of 3 mg juice, said it was going to be delivered, never was, contacted them. They resent 15 bottles of 0 MG juice. I contacted then the day of and they said sorry, nothing I can do. I asked to escalade to a supervisor and they responded with, I apologize but sorry. So now I'm out $150.00.
