Great experience, Dominic was amazing answering all my questions and a very smooth process. Before we left and were loading it at my house, the hydraulic line for the levelers did bust and they had to come out and check if it was safe to drive. Was a little uncomfortable with it shaking all weekend while parked. Aside from that it was a great time and worked perfect for our trip.

First time to try an RV Needed better explanation on how every thing works. Never learned how to dump black and gray tanks Blackout curtains need to cover windows Needed an additional step to get in.

Service was good. RV was great w/ one exception; oven pilot light was not user friendly. I've owned 3 class A RVs & 2 5th wheel RV trailers and have rented house boats every year for 27 years. This oven pilot light was the most difficult to engage the burners. Maybe I got the lemon! BTW we used the oven for 7 meals...therefore was definitely needed.
