We booked our rental online. When we arrived the employee took our information and went over all the paperwork. We did a walk through of the rv looking for any damages and she showed me how everything works. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. The RV itself was great. Everything was clean and updated. We had a great experience renting from here and will definitely do it again.
