Picked up a RV here for a weekend at the local race track. We had no problems making the reservation over the phone. Upon arrival the RV was already parked for easy access and exit. It did take an hour to actually check out the RV, go over all the systems, and watch a mandatory video. The RV worked well, but the gray water tank had not been emptied and that was a surprise when we started to camp. The meters for the tank levels were stuck on 1/3 full, even when it was overflowing. Great deals on rentals provided you book in advance, friendly knowledgeable staff, and great vehicles. Just be sure to sweep and wipe down the RV post use (it's not really mentioned in the welcome packet).
Tim was fantastic in helping acquaint us to the 28a Thor Four Seasons RV.
Great rental Rv options. They have a full service center for you RV or you can rent a smaller class c to a larger class a. Great service. Will rent from again.
You'll essentially pay for an extra day or two due to difficult pickup/drop days&hours but i've rented two RVs here without any major issues.
