Had the same experience as Linda back in 11/17/2014 I did not check yelp wish I had. We had the rv for a weekend to start it was dirty my baby was on the floor and his feet and hands where black from the dirt. Then the batteries went dead lucky I had a generator, Then we had a flat tire called them said they would come out this never happened. When we returned the RV they where rude and did not care that the weekend had been ruined. I would not rent from them again I would stay in a tent instead.
