Pick up was weird. The people there where very rushed and said they don't have time to answer our questions about the vehicle. Because it was a factory pickup the vehicle was very dirty, sawdust and screws everywhere. The staff at the drop-off location was very friendly and helpful. ***** for them!Â
I will never deal with this company again! Wanted to rent a RV for two months. Cost was almost 9200.00 and my insurance was going to pay that amount. Unfortunately I had to deal with a young lady that didn't know any answers to my questions and had to keep calling her manager, because he dose not have time to talk to me. So they will not except a full amount payment from my insurance up front. My insurance would have to give me the money and then I would have to make the payment.
