It was fine for the age of the property and the use the rooms get. Needs some upgrades though. The beds in the room were pretty worn. We had a view of the rooftop equipment. The curtains were hard to pull closed and there was something smeared on them from previous people holding the curtain fabric to try to close or open them instead of using the wand to pull them closed or open. We loved our stay and will be back soon. I wish the pool was inside so the swim season would be longer. We have stayed here a number of times and the pool has been closed every time. We has a spa room with a king size bed. The room was clean and spacious. We loved our stay.

Night time admissions desk was not interested in helping to solve problems. Stated it wasn’t his fa. There wasn’t a luggage carrier available to carry luggage from my car to my room. The cooling/ heating system didn’t work in the room. Despite adjusting the temperature it stayed cold Room was small but it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Will definately stay at the Eldorado next time I'm in town! I sure do miss buffet type meals. The elevators were a bit slow but alot of folks in need of them so understandable. We arrived a day earlier than expected because we were allowing for possible weather delays. The staff at the Eldorado got us in for the extra night without having to change rooms. The valet and bell desk personnel were very accomodating. Very enjoyable stay!
