I didn’t feel safe walking outside The Row. Need more breakfast 24 hour restaurants/cafes. Room was nice, easy check-in and out at The El Dorado

Everything on the hotel was good, except for the coffee machine that was not working properly, I asked the person that was doing the housekeeping to replace it, but it was not replaced.

Seonda was great!! We had a great stay! We were there for bowling. Checking with Seonda was terrific! She helped us so much and had a smile on her face the whole time!!

Very friendly staff. My only suggestion is to inform guests they will need to use their room key to activate the elevators accesing the room floors. Another guest came into the elevator as I was going to try anorher and told me about the key.

Shower was too small…..I am over 6 foot tall and my head almost hit the ceiling. Shower head was too low had to get on my knees to wash my hair!
