The room was clean and nice . But there were not enough towels and the water was lukewarm for showers which was very disappointing because it was so cold outside. It would have been nice to have a hot shower

Room too dark toliet was broke the seat and they never brought me my pillows.

We stay at the Eldorado all the time. I don't believe I've stayed in the tower we were in before but it was nice that the haul way was short to get to our room. As for the room décor it was ok. Every lamp in the room was old and had to be turned on by where the lightbulb was instead of your more modern rooms with the switch on the base and there were no USB ports anywhere to be found. The furniture was older except for the dresser the TV sat on. The bed was comfortable however the body pillows for pillows didn't work for me.... read more
