Don’t pay for a room upgrade I upgraded to a quiet room, it was anything but quiet. I had to pay more for this and it definitely wasn’t worth the money

I was surcharged by the hotel which was almost a 50% hike in price, and for what? I was disappointed to be charged $35 surcharge without a suitable explanation of what the fee was for Nice large room with a standard you would expect from a resort casino

Overall, the food-dining, gaming and hotel stay was great! We will come back. When we first checked in, the lady when asked where the convention center was for the meeting we were going to attend in the morning, her response was, "I don't know", instead she might have been more helpful, like let me find out for you. Her eye contact, when she responded, looking away and I felt disrespected. The room was quiet. My husband and I slept very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
