overall I would stay again room wasn’t vacuumed. stepped on screws by bed early check in
Exceptional The machines could be a little more loss. The beds were very soft. Need to replace them. Got lost a lot because of all escalators and all the levels Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent room, comfortable night's sleep Restaurants - pricey, not welcoming, some closed. Excellent large room, comfy beds, quiet so good night sleep. Staff very helpful in changing the room type i had mistakenly booked without any hassle.
Exceptional There is nothing negative to say about our stay Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. We stayed in a spa room. The daily maid service was exceptional. We came back to a fully refreshed room everyday.

Clean rooms, loud hallways. rooms are really loud, you can hear anyone walking and talking down the hallway. outside traffic very loud too. didn’t see anyone cleaning machines in the casino beds were comfortable and clean
