My family and I were very comfortable. I was taking a nap while my family was downstairs when someone tried to open my room, thinking it was my family, I opened the door to find people standing there saying this was the room they were given. Obviously it was a mistake but it was a frightening situation for both parties. Very clean and comfortable.

All in all, our stay was nice. The room service system is terrible. It was easier To go pick up in person. And if it was delivered it would be in a brown paper bah. Coffee maker didn't work. The view was beautiful. The room was great.
