I like the Eldorado, next time I will request a room change. We asked for a non smoking room, but it smelled like a cigarette. Probably the prople priot , but the cleaning staff should have stated something. Was there to catch an early flight

Pleasant They emailed me and said I could have a roll away but then I got there and they said no, so my kid slept on the ground! Beds lumpy, toilet ran all night long. Smell of smoke gave me a headache. They had cable. The shower had great hot water and lots of pressure.

fantastic room but beware if on the 7th floor. We stayed on the 7th floor and the hvac noise was excessive and made sleeping restless. Everything else was great. when we mentioned the load noise issue the front desk didn’t seem to be concerned. The value for us was downgraded because of this especially since we pay an extra fee for front desk service. location is great and this room type is open excellent.
