Likes: The room was clean. Towels and shower were great. Heat and A\C worked fine. Had a frig. Gaming\slots were good. Dislikes: Only two. The tracker for the shuttle to\from airport did not work so it was hard to tell when\if it was coming. The wait for lines and food were long and that was because they were shorthanded.

Fantastic view, very clean and quiet. Soaking tub was excellent. Staff were friendly and room service was quick. Should be better signage in garage, didnt know that the 3rd floor connected to the hotel by walkway, would've been nice to know. Otherwise, perfect.

What i did like was how close the property is to the bowling stadium, the ball park and other restaurants & shops. I was not thrilled with the unwarned fire alarm, with loud music afterwards, blaring in my room while i was napping. My most disappointment was the air conditioner. Even though the weather was cool, it was quite warm in the room even though the A/C was set for 60°. Lastly, the sheets had a few stains on them.

Ok is about as high as I can go The check-in was so so, I felt through the whole thing that we were bothering the person at the desk. Also, I did not get the room paid for as they were out of them. The room itself was okay, except the heating did not work. Just the ac kicked in, even if I turned the temp up to 78 it just blew cold air. The restaurant had poor service, the food was ok though.
