From the moment we walked into the lobby being greeted by a very friendly staff member, to walking into our amazing room, to each and every occasion that we came in contact with an employee, this hotel was amazing. Our room was one of the best we’ve had ever, many amenities to choose from, and the food downstairs was just as amazing. Thank you!
A lot of things were closed or you needed reservations because of COVID so that was annoying otherwise the hotel has several amenities.
Yes I liked I park in the garage all was clean and safe place
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was decent for the price we paid .I prefer it had an microwave, it was not an option. Customer Service was somewhat pleasing you have a person or two not so friendly. Overall very pleasant service.

I like that Eldorado is connected to silver legacy and circus circus it’s very convenient that you don’t have to walk outside to get to the other casinos. I love to stay in the Spa rooms in Eldorado it’s great to soak and relax they need to update their channels they only have basic cable
Great with one complain only I booked 3 rooms for myself and ther family members and one room had a heavy smell of cigarettes and there was kids in 2 of the 3 rooms overall it was comfortable just have one thing i didnt like the rest was average
