Quick getaway Only issue we had was the jacuzzi tub was dirty when we got to the room but the staff had it cleaned while we went to dinner. Was an all around great experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was great.

Issues with front desk staff There was only one person who knew how to fix my reservation out of the 3 times I asked for help. They had me checking out one day early and I was told repeatedly I had to call booking.com to fix it. They also had no luck and were told to email (which they did 3 times) until the last person I spoke to who was smart enough to get a supervisor involved. Fixed almost instantly. You need to train your staff better!
