i didnt like how my room was way to cold the thermostat didnt work right. no staff was available i understand that due to covid19 things are very different so overall my trip was just ok it was my birthday and not what i was hoping it would be

They did not have maid service available daily but still had a great time. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. It took me a while to be able to use the elevators but soon caught on.
