They staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.
Many dining options thru-out the Row. The only issue I had was with the free shuttle to the Airport. The pick up is not where the Hotel signage tells you to go. I had an 11:30 am flight. Got to the posted Shuttle pick up area at 8:45 am to catch the 9am shuttle. The Shuttle drove by but did not stop. Had to call Lyft to get me to the airport.
Everything was fine. Did not like having my girlfriends perfume stolen
We had contact through text with Ivy, our contact through the eldorado for any needs during our stay. She was so helpful. We had great stay.
Clean. Front desk was very accommodating and the service was great all around. We stayed in the newer rooms and can’t complain! Everything was clean.
