Good The bed mattresses were to soft weak . The majority of the restaurants are closed due to the pandemic. Others need to make a reservation on line and the service on the Central Cafe was the worse service I have ever experienced at any other restaurant.

Nice hotel in downtown Reno with lots of restaurants; well connected to other local casinos The water did not get hot enough at full throttle. It was ok, but could have been hotter quiet room, everything was functional, good internet. The beds were comfortable.
