Reno Eldorado Downtown Reno is horrible. Bums everywhere, smells like urine, it’s just nasty. That obviously has nothing to do with the property, which was just OK. No bars open, so you can’t get a drink unless you are gambling. While playing a machine, the waitress dumped a tray of drinks on me. Out of embarrassment she picked them up and scurried off, then avoided us for the rest of the night. Never got my drink! The pool area is run down and needs a serious upgrade. The staff was nice. Would go back, but would prefer the Silver Legacy. Fresher room. Room was clean, but a little dated.

Our stay! The eating in the restaurants were a problem thru out the middle of the week. Everything closed! Not everyone travels on the weekends. Very clean and staff was wonderful

Wonderful The room wasnt exactly as pictured bathroom was smaller and shower didn't drain well so the water kinda filled up the bottom and the shower didnt have the bench. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Temperature was check before check in which was appreciated due to covid thank you!! Casino and lobby was consistently being sanitized
