I have been going to the Club house to eat and bet on the races sents I was very young with my parents once or twice a year. so after calling 3 times over 2 weeks for reservations I had to leave a voice message which was never returned. So we all show up to put our name on a waiting list only to be told that are so short handed they are only taking reserved seating! but you dont awswer your phone! so we sat at a picnic bench and ate cold hot dogs.. the place is so badly managed!
Very sad not one of the ATM machine are working, ice machines aren’t working, the place is so dirty very very sad! Won’t be back for a very long time would Rather travel 2 1/2 hours to wheeling at least it’s clean, ATM machines work ETC!
Had not been to Scioto to See races for a few years until tonight. Absolute hell hole dump. Main grandstand is falling down so they have the area fenced off with limited seating. Had we known we would have made reservations inside the club area for dinner and a seat. Of course they are sold out 45 minutes before post time inquired about restaurant in front of casino but given the fact we have a 20 year old with us told we have to go outside and walk a country mile to get food. The place is filthy and falling apart in some areas.
Lost the 15.00 free play don’t get any notification of promotions and the games quit playing since they put in the new carpet and rearranged all the games. I get more from Hollywood in promotion the I am getting from here. Save your money go somewhere se
Got reservations 2 months ago called yesterday to confirm then spoke with them today again to confirm and they still gave away our room. Not cool. drove home :( they will never see a dime from me.
Used to have a good time there, now just a money pit —— big joke
When Scioto casino first opened, the slots were loose. You could play for hours and have a good time. Since Eldorado took over, there is a huge difference in pay outs. Free spins that once paid $100 now pay $6 or nothing.
I have gone to Brew Brothers for the last time!!! I have gone many times and the food and services was always good. I even introduced Brew Brothers to many of my friends but no longer. Went this afternoon, around 3:30 and there was not a lot of people there, got seated right away. Checked in on FB and it was 17 minutes before our food got to our table.
