Went today and when we came in they said you couldn't cash out due to the system being down didnt make a difference no one was winning anything here like usual place was dead every one was complaining saying didnt matter you couldn't cash out machines wasnt giving anything to cash out this place has changed so much since the change of owners use to be fun to go now its spend 100 bucks in 10 minutes and leave

So right now I'm at Scioto all the machines are down, waiting to cash out my ticket that's stuck in a machine for at least 45mins staff keep walking by,no I'm sorry, no will comp you a meal absolutely nothing, bad business. Everyone is upset. You think management would at least be out on the floor talking to the quest, this place is a joke!!!!!

I refuse to bet tracks that play music on the simulcast between races. Its distracting when you are trying to handicap. I want to hear about upcoming changes and what and Barry and Steve have to say. Be a race track, not a radio station.

The machines are tight . Every time I’ve been here I’ve lost $100.00 in five minutes or less after entering the door . You all need to loosen up some at least let people hit a little money so you can play some . I put a twenty dollar bill in a penny machine . It’s gone in these than two minutes . So I move on to different machines . All the same ! After five minutes I’ve lost $100.00 and on my back out the door. No fun at all ! I went to watch the horses run. The evening was very nice, sat outside on the patio. Took the waitress over an hour to address us but once she did she was very nice and checked on us several times. Just wished it hadn’t taken so long to be approached. I’m not a fan of slots, which they had cheap table games, blackjack, poker, etc as well.

Had to give 1 star only because you cant write the review without doing so. Everyone should save your money and headache you'll get from visiting this dump. Go to either Hollywood or take a trip to another casino/racino that isnt controlled by eldorado. The food is over priced for the quality. Service while playing games was terrible when they did finally come around, didnt recieve drink at all, ended up after a couple hours going to get my own drink.
