Fix the Grandstand. It has been more than two years and still no progress or word on if it is ever going to be fixed.
I was hugely disappointed. I liked their selection of machines, and they paid off - when I could get them to work. Twice, I had to tag down (Forget turning the Service light on - no one ever comes.) help - as my voucher would not print, as it got stuck once, and then another time mangled. And when we were at the Players Card kiosk - when our cards weren't recognized, several people in the very long line told us that we had to keep trying, three or four times. Reserved a room at your hotel. For my handicap wife . I did this three weeks in advance. When I get get there they rented the room to some one else. Tried to get me to go to a different Hotel o stay. Ended up getting a room there. On the third floor . Was very inconvenient for her . She stayed three days and the person checking said they would comp us a day for r the mess up . I think the gaming commission needs to make some surprise visits to this place. Ever since Eldorado took this place over it's a joke.

Payouts are noticeably different than Hollywood. Very noticeably. Recently, its flabbergasting. Been hitting free games on a lot with little payouts at Scioto. No exaggeration. How can you possibly hit free games on six different machines in one visit and total less than $18? Ludacris. I visit a lot and the change is VERY obvious. it SUCKS ever since Eldorado took over..i used to go with a hundred and stay and play for 3-7 hours, now i take $100 and im leaving 30 muns later..i quit wasting my money on that crap
