Everything was super easy, pick-up, drop-off, directions. Very smooth process. Cart didn’t have any issues for the few days we had it.

Been using Electric Cart company for a lot of years and have purchased several carts from them.. we love our Gem and it’s been well used over the years . They have kept it in good shape. This last time my husband had a wreck with it, they were very prompt. Immediately got the estimate and the next day it was picked up and fixed, return 2days later! Great service !
