Selling/customer service experience was great! The delivery was as well! The delivery tech did great job showing all the features and answer questions! He even helped me with the seatbelt enclosure that was not installed correctly!

Been using Electric Cart company for a lot of years and have purchased several carts from them.. we love our Gem and it’s been well used over the years . They have kept it in good shape. This last time my husband had a wreck with it, they were very prompt. Immediately got the estimate and the next day it was picked up and fixed, return 2days later! Great service !

Perfect. I emailed on a Holiday (Labor Say). I got a prompt response the next morning. My golf car was pick up the next day. The following day, it was returned repaired. Great service.
