Technician was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He shared what he found, his recommendations, and cleaned up perfectly. Will definitely use Element again in the future. Online response time wasn't great when I reached out to schedule. Call in and prepare for their schedule to be busy so don't wait for last minute. Not many businesses do what they do.
