Braedyn did an excellent job; both sweeping and the VERY thorough inspection. The work that will need to be done was completely explained to me (and the justification for the work); it was very detailed and I was invited to ask any questions. As far as Braedyn is concerned, he is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. This is the kind of guy you want to hire for work needed. He shows up on time or calls if he is going to be early. I certainly hope we see him each year for our annual inspection/sweep!
