Mrs. Calliet-Johnson I have truly enjoyed my time in this apartment. It is a spacious and beautifully upgraded two bedroom townhome. The pool is gorgeous and large enough to accommodate more than a few residents at a time. The complex is picturesque with its hills and trees. I love the shopping and it's only a short walk to the town center. The staff is friendly. I especially appreciate the maintenance supervisor who shoveled snow all day to clear a path for residents to get out in case of an emergency.

Land mark of creek side the apartment or nice love the area wish they were not so much but love how they are build. The people they have working and living here are nice and they make you feel safe..
Good Place I'm a single female who lives in a two bedroom townhouse. I have been here for 1 and a half years now. I LOVE the units and the space and floor plans. The price and location are ideal for me. It's only about 15-20 mins from downtown. Great facilities AND great office staff. 2 pools, tennis court etc... The maintenance is REALLY FAST. Normally completes your maintenance orders within 24-48 hours. Here are the cons... Gated community with security... but the gate seems to always be broken. They do have gate security... read more
Landmark Review My experience with the leasing staff has been amazing!!!! They are extremely prompt in email responses and they try to work with you as much as possible. These apartments are by far the nicest and most afforable apartments I've viewed in the Metro Atlanta area.
Landmark at Creekside Grand Feel very proud to call this place home. Its a phenomenal neighborhood with very friendly and respectable neighbors, who tends to look out for each other. The staff is professional and very helpful in getting things done. Finally, in walking distance to several restaurants and shopping centers.
New I'm new to the city of Atlanta, and I'm still getting use to the environment, everyone is sidity and too focused on their selves which I guess that's how is is, not sure yet..even with the employees that work in the leasing office, not too friendly..but maybe I just came on a wrong day.
Terrible experience. Unprofessional I applied for this apartment back in May. I still have yet to receive my refund. I have called numerous of times to ask regarding this and no one has a response then they sit there and laugh at me like as if they don’t even know what the issue is and they say they found the issue and they confirm my address and then they go about their business not sending me my money.
