The staff is very friendly and they have treated my loved one very well. The staff is also very helpful, they seem to have a smaller staff but they are working very hard to take care of our loved ones. I have been very pleased with this community

I would highly recommend this community to others. They have treated my mom very well. They have communicated well when it comes to covid and I think they have had a good plan to deal with covid.

I would tell my friends that it was ok. If you have a parent there you can trust them. My loved one was sick one time, and one of the aides kept checking on her. She never saw a doctor while she was there though. The room was good.

We are about to move Mother to her apartment at Elmcroft; we are excited to have her in a social and safe environment. [Names removed], nurse [name removed], what a loving team to help Mother through anxious thoughts of making a change at her advanced age(96!) it’s been easy and we’re looking forward to her new home with Elmcroft!

This was a good community. The staff were helpful and caring. The menu was really good and he did like the variety. He was happy that the staff was always attentive always made him comfortable. The community is clean and we would recommend the care from this community to other families.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my father and I have no complaints of how things had went for him. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I was impressed with how clean the property was and thought they had a lot of great amenities for the residents. It was just not the right budget for us in the end decision but we had a pleasant experience.

I'am satisfied with my mothers move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands. The staff have been very kind to her, and helpful whenever needed. The community, and her room are well-kept when I visit. The experience is going well, everything is working out great for my mother with her move to this community.

This is an outstanding community, and everything is working out very well since my mothers move to this community. I know is she is receiving great care. The staff is wonderful, they really go out their way to make sure she is comfortable. It is a pleasant environment. They provide a clean, healthy atmosphere for their residents. The location is convenient for our families to travel. They have provided me a peace of mind knowing she is safe, and in good hands. I would highly recommend this community, it is a fabulous place.
