Avoid this company at all costs! Due to the negligence of their technicians (confirmed by the second technician who had to come out and fix the problem) my electric bill was double what it normally has been this past year. 3 phones calls from me - each one ending with a promise to get back to me - never happened. Their attitude and their customer service is extremely poor. Buy a new system or get your current system serviced from a different company!

When someone calls to set up appointment, they are not educated in fixing an AC unit - that is why they called. I had the 2 page ad from the Mint and instead of overcharging me, you should have used the better and more appropriate deal for my situation. I called for a tune=up because I thought that might be all I needed. Additionally, in dealing with this company, the 3 different people I have talked to, have all been a little rude and demeaning. I think better customer service should be considered.

I definitely DO NOT to recommend this company. I had a VERY VERY VERY BAD experience with them. I found this company on Mint Magazine and had their service of Platinum package $189 to clean air duct and outside AC unit check up. Before the maintenance, my AC was working perfectly fine and after the visit, the AC quit cooling the house. I asked them to come back to check it out and they told me that NO freon in the unit, it's gone completely. But it was full before the visit. Just talked to my neighbor in mandarin who is a Japanese single mother. She was very sad and confused about here recent experience with Elite A/C. She had them come out and perform the platinum package advertised in the Mint Magazine on Sunday. By Tuesday morning her A/C had quit cooling. The Technician came out on Friday a said that the Freon was all gone. But it was good when he checked it on Sunday. He said she had to have it filled and it would cost 700$. My wife and I scheduled a service with this company they came out did not perform all that was included in the package we scheduled they did not give my wife to change for the money that we paid when I called they told me that the coil cleaning was not included in what we paid for and we thought that it was because that was the only thing that we were trying to have done was the coil cleaning so then they offered me a tune up package for another $49 and I asked if the coil cleaning was included in that and was told no so the... read more

By far the the worst experience ever, made a appointment to get a estimate and the guys were great but alot smoke blown up their own asses as to how great their customers service is etc,etc. Started getting emails 3 days after asking of me to RATE my experience (3 to date now) some WTF Emails back and forth to Jessica explained that, I still have not received a quote therefore in all fairness I can't give a review on something that has not been completed. Elite damaged our garage door while installing the ac will not own up to the damages do not recommend using this company

Home owner informed the installers not to knock on the door that the garage would be open before they arrived. While installers were there the garage door came down and got damaged as a result of the door not being on track. Thankfully our installers were not hurt, due to the faulty garage door. The Homeowner knew about the faulty garage door before our installers even arrived.
