To bad this site doesn't allow pictures or I'd have some good ones to show. The entire process was a joke, rude as heck. The drain line leaks, and I call to get it fixed the day after the install and am told that will be extra, so basically it isn't in the work to do the job right. When they installed the inside unit it wasn't set back fair enough to add a door, I told them it doesn't work, they answered with build it out with some 2X4's then add a door.. There was no supervisor in the office on Sunday and the tech didn't receive proper instruction from the person working in the office. We are more than happy to send someone out to make things right.
