This is our first home building experience after a lifetime of hearing horror stories from friends and family when they built their homes. We were reluctant to sign up for an experience like that but NONE of those stories came true for us! Elite Homes has a smart, no-nonsense process and excellent people who know their craft who helped us at every stage. We have been in our new home in Signature Point since the end of May. We love it here and we love our house. The options on the floor plans let us choose exactly what we had been looking for over the past 2 years. If we had a concern or question both Megan Roppell and Missy were there to help us. Tony and Brad had been great also, quick to respond to questions and helping us get the final details in place. We have been in our home in Signature Point for a little over two years. Everything went smoothly beginning with our sales associate, Missy Lawless, who worked with us during the entire process and the superintendent of construction, in our neighborhood, Darren, who was . always available to us if we had questions. Our home is very energy efficient and comfortable year round. All in all we were very pleased

My wife and I moved into our newly built Elite Home in September of 2017. Our home was built in Little Spring Farm. We could not be happier with our home. Everyone from Elite home made it a good experience with building. The home was built in the timeframe we were given. Elite builds a good quality home and gives you several different options. Love our home. Have had trouble with the office. Have contacted the office to inquire about our 30 and 90 day walk through. Was advised they had a turn over in that position. No call back from the office to schedule a 30 day walk through. Getting close to 5 months and no 30 or day walk through. Better turn around time on phone calls would be great. Love our home.
