So I am updating my entire review. After some issues I had, Mr. Alex (Warranty Manager) and his boss the VP came to my house. All the issues I was having have been resolved. There was a very concerning lack of communication when I was closing, and the warranty guy said it so fast that I missed 75% of what he said or it was not said at all. We came across Kendra when looking to take the leap and build our dream home. Well let me just say- Kendra’s 98% of the reason we are buying this home. We LOVE her. She’s kind, attentive, and honest. Never once was I pressured to make a decision. EVERY choice I made was informed. We are so thankful for her and her patience. Work with her any chance you get, people!! Kendra, we love you!!! I called to set up an appointment and was placed with Kendra just to look at the homes. Kendra was knowledgeable and intuitive with my needs and the home I needed. She was the reason I came back the next week and signed to build my dream home. I’m grateful for her expertise as well as her attentiveness to customers!
I met with Sandy at Old Heritage. At our first meeting, Sandy explained everything about the new construction process and patiently went over each upgrade option. She was amazing and made a two hour meeting a breeze! Sandy has been great keeping me informed of next steps and what I can expect going forward! Dig date is coming soon :)
It has been wonderful working with the Arbor Homes team. We have been directly working with Kendra, and she goes out of her way to work with us and ensure that we have the best information available and are happy with our selections. The entire team is extremely professional and fantastic to work with.
