Came out same day to resolve problem with garage door. Technician very knowledgeable.
I have always had good service from them. Had a new opener installed 3 years ago and it's still going strong, just today had the door springs replaced. I knew they were bad as the door crashed hard at the bottom and trying to go up. Got a next day appointment, knowledgeable tech and all is good now - so smooth. As I went to my garage to leave for work, I found my garage door spring had broken and my cars were "trapped" inside my garage. I immediately called Elite and told them it was my second day at a new job and asked how soon someone could come out to fix it. Within 45 minutes, the service tech was here repairing my garage door. Elite Garage Doors and Gates was amazing!! I called on Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day. The tech was early, very professional and quick to diagnose the problem. He replaced my motor, oiled the doors, replaced my keyless entry and clickers. I will use them again if needed.
They came out and fixed my garage door a few hours after my initial call. I asked if a new door was needed but the tech made some suggestions and was able to fix it. It has been working great now since then.
I called Elite Garage Door to come and look at the seals around my door. ************************* did a great job explaining what was needed. He was very through in the installation. Ive used Elite at another home and have been very pleased. Ive recommended to friends and family . Im very pleased with the results.
