After a prompt and courteous call an appointment was made. I met with Johnny, my sales representative at the designated time. He was professional answering all my questions honestly, repair versus new. Explaining the process, life expectancy of the doors available, and the strength of my existing motor. We called about 8:30am and they said they would be out between 10 and 12. They called back and asked if they could come in 30 minutes. They arrived a little after 9. He said the springs were broken and gave us a cost estimate. We also asked to get new rollers as they were making a lot of noise. I could not believe it when he said it would take only one hour. Well he was wrong it took 50 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Did a great job. would recommend them.
Outstanding service. Our tech Jared promptly diagnosed the problem with our electronic gate system and within a couple of days from our initial call to Elite, he installed a new circuit board along with all the essential programming. Simply touch notch.
Fast service when problems arose. The technician clearly explained the problem, gave an estimate of cost and proceeded to make necessary repairs. He was professional, punctual and great to deal with. I recommend their services.
