I have to say that I was very pleased with the quick response to my call. I never thought for a moment that calling at 6:30 PM on a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend would get my garage door fixed so quickly the next morning. It was expensive but the service was excellent. Thank you. KM

We ended up purchasing a new garage door (and opener) from Precision Garage Doors, Inc. out of Laurel, MD. Our original contact with their representative (Manuel Caamano) went great--even had a neighbor contract with Precision to do new door at the same time. However, when contract/Purchase Order was received, several items had been changed from what had been agreed to earlier (cost to haul away old door, fuel charge, and 5-year warranty vs. 10-year warranty that was agreed to earlier). Much more expensive than I'd thought but they were on time and very nice and did a great job.
I'm very pleased with the service. I would call them again if I needed any more work. They were professional and courteous and very helpful. He helped me understand how the garage door works so that this doesn't happen again.
