I hired Precision Garage for an install of two garage doors. The initial process was flawless. The install was very professionally executed in Sept 2016. One noted problem was that the grids were cut short but a quick call to the sales sales person and a follow up email with pictures were supposed to rectify the situation. No response to emails in Oct, Dec, and then no response after talking a nice person on chat from their site on Jan 2017 and a follow up with another email. They contacted me within minutes of me putting in the job. They showed up today on time. The technician walked did a complete inspection of the door and walked me through what he was going to do. When he found another problem he let me know and showed me what was wrong. It was a pleasure to work with the them. The technician was very professional and new his work.
