The Home Health Physical Therapy program and care team was Awesome. The person whom I saw the most Cassie was so kind and caring with me and my family. She kept changing exercises so that I can do them, even with my disabilities. I highly recommend Elite to everyone.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Let me choose when the time was right which I appreciated. Usually called before coming. Sometimes when they were at my door I appreciated that also cause I needed a minute to get to the door. They help me to understand ways to do things to help me. I really liked each one.

You helped me achieve my goal of getting in and out of bed. I am able to sleep in my bed after 2 months of sleeping in a chair. All the people were helpful and friendly. It was helpful to have the exercises written down. You all did great! Casey, Deandra,Rebecca and Sydney thank you so much!

Mari, was always on time. She was so compassionate, sensitive to my needs, and she made me feel so comfortable. I'd definitely ask for Mari again. I'm in North West rehabilitation hospital now, because of a stroke last week. I may need her after my stay here.

I had a great experience with all of your staff. Sydney and Danielle did a wonderful job both are amazing. As for my physical therapy it went well because of the kindness and caring that they have for their clients. I will recommend Elite.
